Everything You Need To Know About The Movies and TV Shows Announced At This Year's Super Bowl

10/02/2021

I'm not a big sports person. I don't play a lot of sports, I don't watch a lot of sports. In saying this, I do enjoy the sports game which happens on the first Sunday of February each year. I am of course referring to the American NFL game called the Super Bowl. And I'm not going to be talking about the game because I enjoy the sport, I'm talking about it because of the movie trailers.

Ever since 1996, promos of upcoming movies have been shown during the ad breaks of the game. The Super Bowl is often an exciting day for movie geeks such as me as we get to see new footage from exciting new blockbusters. Due to the pandemic, there were trailers which were shown at last year's Super Bowl which haven't come into cinemas yet. Hopefully all the movies which were seen at this year's Super Bowl will arrive before next year's.

In this article I'm going to take you through the many trailers that were screened and tell you everything you need to know. Disclaimer: the classification for many of these movies has not yet been released in Australia. The classification is my judgement based on the trailer and the US classification.
